Data Validation Specialist
We are looking for a Data Validation Executive to verify, clean, and maintain accurate records in our databases. This is a non-voice process, meaning the role focuses entirely on backend data verification without direct customer interaction. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data management tools.
📋 Data Validation Executive – 4,000 Forms/Month
Each employee is expected to validate 4,000 data forms per month per seat, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The role requires maintaining high-quality standards while meeting productivity benchmarks.
⚠️ Daily targets must be achieved to ensure timely validation and seamless workflow, with a strong focus on data integrity and compliance with company guidelines.
📅 Weekly Target-Based (Non-Voice Process)
Each employee is expected to validate 4,000 data forms per month per seat, with a structured weekly target. In the first week, 1,000 data forms must be completed to ensure smooth onboarding and adaptation.
⚠️ From the second week onward, employees must maintain a steady pace, distributing the remaining workload evenly across the month. Emphasis is placed on accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards to protect data integrity and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
🩺 Patient Data
Each employee is responsible for validating patient-related data from international countries, ensuring
accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection standards.
The monthly target is 4,000 data forms per seat, with 1,000 forms in the first week.
Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards are crucial.
💰 Payout: ₹18/- per data form (performance-based earnings).
💵 Weekly Payout
Quality Check (QC) takes 4–5 days before approval. The payout is ₹18/- per data form. The first payment is processed biweekly, followed by weekly payouts. Employees can earn up to ₹72,000/month per seat, with ₹18,000/week based on accuracy. Maintaining quality and meeting benchmarks is essential for maximizing earnings.
🔐 Security Deposit
A security deposit of ₹20,000 per seat is required, which is fully refundable after 3 months. A limited number of seats are currently available.
🎓 Training
Comprehensive training and sample data forms will be provided before work begins to ensure seamless onboarding. Training will cover data validation, accuracy checks, compliance standards, and best practices. Employees can practice with sample data forms before handling live projects. This minimizes errors, boosts efficiency, and ensures high accuracy throughout the project.
