Welcome to Nateco IT. By accessing our website, using our IT services, IT support, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), or international business consultancy solutions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


 
1. Use of Services
  • Our services, including IT solutions, technical support, BPO operations, and international business consulting, must only be used for lawful purposes.

  • Clients agree to provide accurate information required for project execution.

  • Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of our services, tools, or resources is strictly prohibited.


 
2. Service Engagement
  • All projects are subject to a formal agreement (SLA/NDA) before commencement.

  • Service scope, deliverables, and timelines will be mutually agreed upon in writing.

  • Nateco IT reserves the right to decline service requests outside the agreed scope.


 

3. Payment Terms
  • Fees, rates, or compensation are specified in the individual project agreement.

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule (monthly/quarterly/one-time).

  • Delayed or incomplete payments may result in suspension of services.


 
4. Client Responsibilities
  • Clients must ensure availability of required documents, licenses, and permissions.

  • For IT support and BPO operations, clients are responsible for providing accurate data and maintaining compliance with applicable laws.

  • Clients must maintain proper infrastructure (where required) to ensure smooth project execution.


 
5. Confidentiality
  • Both Nateco IT and the client agree to keep all shared data, strategies, and documents strictly confidential.

  • Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) may be signed for sensitive projects.


 
6. Intellectual Property Rights
  • Any software, platform, or system developed by Nateco IT remains our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in the project contract.

  • Clients retain ownership of their brand assets, business data, and proprietary information.


 
7. Limitation of Liability
  • Nateco IT will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

  • We are not responsible for losses caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, or global disruptions).

  • Maximum liability is limited to the value of the services rendered under the agreement.


 
8. International Projects
  • For international BPO and consultancy projects, compliance with local and international laws is mandatory.

  • Required documents may vary depending on the client’s country of operation.


 
9. Termination of Services
  • Either party may terminate the contract with prior written notice as outlined in the agreement.

  • Nateco IT reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or misuse of services.


 
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise specified in the client agreement.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India


 
11. Updates to Terms

Nateco IT reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
